Marketing -- Leads Program Manager

Position Description:

DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for managing the national utilization of leads to optimize Long Term Care Career Sales production and Marketing program expenses. The Leads Program Manager will own the processes and analytics required to: (1) order and distribute leads, (2) optimize utilization of the various channel types, (3) manage lead inventory levels, and (4) educate on lead conversion improvements and opportunities. The position will work closely with field sales leaders and the Marketing Analytics Team to achieve these goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage overall lead ordering process to ensure appropriate level of lead supplies to the field.
* Execute bi-weekly lead orders, incorporating appropriate field sales input.
* Manage the lead distribution process. Provide reporting and analysis to Agencies to drive effective distribution.
* Work closely with Finance, General Agencies, and the Marketing Analytics Team to determine the most effective lead strategies.
* Optimize prospect utilization to drive efficient market penetration and maximize lead opportunities.
* Perform modeling and conduct analyses to identify optimal markets as well as missed opportunities to utilize lower cost lead channels.
* Manage lead inventories to ensure freshness and quality of leads available.
* Drive lead conversion. Develop tools and provide consultation to sales leaders for conversion improvement opportunities and strategies.
* Develop national processes to ensure consistency and efficiency of lead ordering and distribution.
* Monitor the lead ordering and distribution processes for exceptions and inconsistencies. Identify opportunities for improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* 5 or more years of Marketing or sales experience in financial services.
* 2 or more years of process/project management experience.
* 2 or more years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
