CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager for a prestigious company in the Redmond, WA area.
We are looking for a creative individual to help plan and execute compelling customer Web-casts. Additionally, this person will help push the envelope on emerging online media, including new distribution channels and new formats. This marketing manager is the Web-cast and emerging media expert, able to deliver value to customers and get business results with exciting new online media.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work closely with content originators, presenters, product groups, and audience marketing managers to plan and execute Web-casts and emerging media campaigns and programs.
Develop communication strategies, and translate those strategies to Web-cast content, programming and execution.
Understand and evangelize emerging media technologies, techniques, and potential. Influence key internal stakeholders and marketing plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree is required.
Five (5)+ years experience in marketing
Must be able to work effectively across groups and have demonstrated virtual team leadership skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Positive experience in project management and the ability to work against tight deadlines
Must be self-motivated and able to work on long-term projects with little direction
Strategic and analytical thinker
Excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, editorial, analytical and presentation skills are required
Additional experience and proven success in managing complex projects, media programming and/or production, websites and online marketing, and Web-casting preferred.
