Marketing Manager - Alternative Channel Pricing

* Provide decision support to Sales and Marketing leadership for all channel specific pricing and promotion requests ?
- Align Pricing strategy with Company objectives
- Ensure pricing supports overall positioning, placement and promotion strategies
- Create pricing that encourages long term adoption
- Understand competitive pricing as well as market specific pricing and promotions of other channels within the organization and assess the impact they have on the National channels
- Demonstrate knowledge of the billing systems? capabilities and limitations

* Utilize financial modeling and database segmentation capabilities to evaluate economic implications related to proposed and launched pricing and product initiatives ?
* Develop models to analyze IRR, NPV, Payback, and P&L impacts of various proposals
* Develop queries to extract relevant revenue, usage, and churn data from various financial and billing systems for use in analysis
* Understand key drivers of revenues, acquisition costs, operating costs, and churn for the National channels and how they compare to other sales channels
* Present analysis and recommendations to leadership for approval

* Create detailed scorecards for tracking actual performance versus expectation for all new products and services ?
* Provide informative and actionable reporting in a timely manner
* Understand impacts on key profitability drivers
* Pinpoint causality of various trends and metrics

* Work closely with Product Management and Sales Management to identify opportunities for introducing new products into the National Distribution channels ?
- Leverage unique characteristics of sales channels to optimize distribution of new products and services
- Analyze feature attachment rates across channels to identify opportunities for increased penetration


QUALIFICATIONS

* 3 - 5 years financial analysis and planning experience
* MBA preferred
* Strong analytical background with marketing and pricing support experience preferred
* Proven track record in marketing plan assessment and ROI/NPV analysis
* Solid understanding of wireless industry dynamics and key performance drivers
* Refined communication & presentation skills
