Marketing Manager, Customer Loyalty and Communications

This position will be responsible for developing loyalty and retention related marketing programs for the boca java brand.  The ideal candidate will have solid marketing experience with an emphasis on customer communication and loyalty program management.  Candidates should also have hands on experience marketing through multiple channels:  email, direct mail, phone and web channels.

 

Responsibilities:Develop loyalty programs to retain existing members and increase customer loyalty.  Identify customer loyalty milestones and rewards. Revise boca java e-commerce site from commerce to customer loyalty. Develop focus groups to help build customer relationships and obtain feedback on current and desired loyalty programs and general services and products. Measure and optimize loyalty programs to maximize club retention.Trouble shoot customer service issues as they relate to customer loyalty and recommend programs or club changes to better serve customers. Optimize ?boca bucks? loyalty program.  Recommend ways to improve the program.Work on direct mail, insert marketing and email projects related to customer retention.

 

Experience:

Bachelor?s Degree:  4-7 years of marketing or related experience

 

Required Skill Set:

? Well rounded direct marketer with solid management experience.

? Understand customer segmentation have proven successes in marketing programs.

? Experience with marketing through multiple channels:  email, website, phone, direct mail.

? Experienced in direct mail processes: circulation, creative, offer, and print production.

? Strong communication, project, time management, and analytical skills.

? Strong business writing and presentation skills.

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint
