Marketing Manager (Database and Direct Marketing)

 

Essential Functions:

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Lead and manage CRM campaigns, including test design, analysis and campaign rollout
Manage CRM tracking, reporting and analytics
Manage development of data capture tools (GRF process)
Develop best in practice CRM programs for KLC 

 

Manage National Advertising Programs
Plan and implement national Direct Mail and other programs
Manage and work with vendors and agencies
Set metrics, track progress and make course corrections
Plan and implement seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional programs to drive family acquisitions
Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs to ensure optimum ROI and timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans

 

Manage Strategic Marketing Initiatives
Develop and Manage IVR (Interactive Voice Response) program
Set metrics and track progress of IVR responses and routing
Work with others in marketing group to support additional strategic initiatives

 

Experience and Education:

 
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
Master's degree a plus
5+ years of related experience necessary.  Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
Experience in direct marketing, specifically direct mail and CRM

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong understanding of how to evaluate marketing programs
Strong understanding of database marketing
Strong analysis skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to quickly learn the Company's corporate and field operating structures and procedures
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a changing work environment
Passion for the childcare and early childhood education industry
High energy level that motivates others
Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
