Marketing Manager-FRC and Cleanroom

Cintas’ corporate staff departments, including Marketing, Management Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Purchasing, Research and Development, and Administration, support our growing number of locations nationwide, providing the support they need to consistently exceed customer expectations.


Cintas is currently looking for a Marketing Manager - FRC and Cleanroom to establish marketing objectives by determining needs and preparing programs that exceed expectations.  Responsibilities include developing and implementing annual Flame Resistant Clothing (FRC) and Cleanroom Marketing Plans to increase penetration in existing customers and establish new customers; growing the FRC and Cleanroom business through sales acceptance and new product launches; and completing and managing the budget process.



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum 1 year Marketing experience or demonstrated knowledge of Marketing practices
Minimum 3 years outside business to business sales experience with emphasis on new account development preferred
Proficiency in relevant computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the Internet
Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays
