Marketing Manager, Fabric

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and advertising strategies for the Softlines division and shop areas.

Assist in the development of Marketing and Advertising strategies required to meet and exceed the merchandise financial plan including media, marketing, promotional and content strategies. Manage the ongoing execution of these strategies as they translate to all customer communication.
Build a positive, proactive relationship and a high level of execution and communication with the assigned GMM and Merchandise Managers.
Will be the first input point for all marketing job requests and evaluation of requests for strategy fit, completness and consistency of communication to the customer. Primary responsibility for all communication to creative and other internal business areas as required. Utilize guest research, sales analysis, competitive intelligence and other reporting to aid decisions and build content plans that drive ad effectiveness. Manage planning responsibilities as assigned.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing with a minimum of 5 years progressive marketing/retail experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, proven relationship skills, an ability to work in cross-functional teams, an ability to interpret and utilize analysis, along with good organizational and prioritization skills.
