Requirements:

 
Experience with viral marketing.
Relevant background in User Acquisition and retention programs



Preference in terms of direct experience:

 

(1) Mobile applications/services

(2) Online products and services

(3) Offline programs

 
Web marketing experience including:



  (1) Using ad networks (WAP/WML experience highly preferred)

(2) SEO/SEM

(3) Affiliate programs

 
Good analytical skills; ROI driven
Creativity in approach
Ability to negotiate and close contracts with associates and vendors
Ability to manage projects and budgets
Leadership skills



Responsibilities:

 
Lead company's efforts to acquire users



Responsible for:

 

(1) Advertising and marketing programs

(2) Media buying and placement

(3) Registration methods & designs

(4) Heavy inputs to download/install technical processes

(5) Finding and managing distribution partners

 
 Role will be evaluated on:



(1) Cost per Acquisition

(2) Program ROI

(3) Creativity and inventiveness in getting users
