POSITION SUMMARY:
Pack Marketing drives the market exploitation of Nestle Confections & Snacks brands by developing appropriate pack objectives, strategies and plans to fully capitalize on our brands, product forms and market opportunities by channel of trade. Responsible for the development of marketing plans for all packs. Prepares pack volume projections, on-going measurement and analysis of pack performance and rolling forecasts. Leads pack marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams, including brand management and CSD.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads pack marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams including brand management and customer development.
-Identification of profitable activities by pack focused on maximization of dollars
-Creation of strategic plans targeted to consumers and customers' Ongoing competitive reconnaissance for price points, weights, features, and advertising
Develop and execute yearly marketing plans for all packs.
-Use ICP
-For Impulse and Take Home, analyze market data to continually update pack strategy.
-Identification of impacts for profit risks and benefits.
-Align work with cross functional areas of finance, supply chain, sales and brand management
Manage Pack & Channel marketing spending budgets and associated administration.
-Build annual budget.Budget areas include: pack mock-ups, customer specific renderings, movie advertising, military, Halloween and Catalina coupons, brochures and others as identified.Serve on Wonka/Kids brand team with expertise in sales execution and historical program success.
-Identification of opportunities, destination locations, product assortment, visual appeal of display and design, logistics and display, cost management and time lines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BS in Business with marketing emphasis required. Minimum 5 years in consumer/customer marketing and/or sales.
SKILLS:
Strong results orientation, leadership and team player abilities, project management and strong planning and organization skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills. Decision-making and analytical skills are essential.
