Job Description

*Responsible for leading the cross functional team assigned to Elite and Advance product line to support existing global base business for Sonicare products (Life Cycle Support).
*Assists in development of long-term strategies and plans to grow Philips Oral Healthcare business by creating new products, new marketing programs, enhancing or distinguishing current product within the competitive arena focusing particularly on top line growth and profitability for Elite line as well as North America region.
*Monitor and manage the coordination of deliverables and time lines relative to product introduction and launch activities for Elite and Advance product lines.
*Develops business plans & product positioning, manages budgets and time-lines to meet the business creation objectives for relevant product lines.
*Works with Global Market Research and Regional and In-Country Marketing organizations to develop, synthesize and share consumer insight relevant to the project or product line.
*Conducts extensive analysis of consumer, market and financial data relevant to the project and/or product line and makes recommendations to management.
*Key business unit contact for North America region.

Requirements

*Preferably MBA with minimum 5 years Brand/Product management experience in consumer package goods company, direct to consumer or equivalent relevant product marketing experience.
*Demonstrated leadership and broad based business building results Product creation and new Product Launch experience.
*Develop and lead product/brand strategies.
*Deliver Financial Results for relevant product line.
*Work with R&D, clinical affairs and/or agencies to develop consumer driven solutions, strong claims and innovative designs.
*Must have the ability to understand and anticipate power toothbrush market dynamics and translate those dynamics into capabilities that result in a winning product offering.
*Lead Multi-Functional Teams.
*Participate in Global New Product Launch Team.
*Identify and Champion New Claim Areas.
*Work with Marcom and/or Pro Marketing to develop communication materials.
*Ability to foster productive relationships across many groups representing a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
