Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of tactical consumer and Realtor marketing programs supporting the urban and corporate marketing strategic marketing plans.
- Support to the urban sales team.
- Work to improving marketing and sales departments? coordination with and support of other departments.
- Drive marketing concepts to presentation readiness, gain final approvals.
- Coordinate between company and vendor needs, oversee and manage project vendors.
- Insure relevance and accuracy of advertorial and public relations releases.
- Manage marketing and advertising contracts, in coordination with accounting department.
- Oversee internal approval process for brochure, floor plan, web site and sales exhibits through approvals with architecture and construction, insuring accurate materials are provided to the sales team on time.
- Maintain accuracy of information on the web site, working with web content provider and performing regular audits for functioning content.
- Maintain media plan, tracking placement, cost and resulting traffic and sales results.
- Manage sign programs, including managing keeping placement maps, inventory of artwork and sign face images, contracts, and site verification and replacement of repositioning as needed, removal at community completion.
- Coordinate with design and merchandising team on sales office and model merchandising needs, as well as model ?staging? arrangements.
- Coordinate production, delivery and installation of sales center and sales office displays, working with internal team and vendors.
- Maintain current pricing and hours of operation, updating all advertisements, web sites, communications materials, signs, sales offices and sales centers with pricing releases or hours changes.
- Manage marketing budgets, subcontractor contracts.
- Share management of Realtor rewards program implementation, including materials, monthly Realtor newsletter, web site and e-mail communications.
- Manage implementation of urban specific Realtor relationship programs, including implementation of supporting presentation and collateral materials, managing the process for tracking sales team visits to offices, and back-matching shopper and customer database for sales results.
- Event planning execution and coordination, for the scheduled shopper, home buyer, homeowner and Realtor events.
- Manage and audit collection of shopper and buyer information, oversee reporting systems and database.
- Manage department systems, process implementation and coordination for external trends report updates, including competition information and reporting, re-sales and MLS data, demographics and psychograpic reports.
- Manage interest list pre-marketing programs, including implementation of communications plan, database management and oversight, interest list status reporting.
- Assist in annual budget planning.
- Conduct Internet research as directed.
- Manage implementation phases of research as directed.
- Reporting, including marketing cost per sale, traffic achieved versus projection, sales achieved versus projection, interest list status versus point-in-time goal.
- Develop new ways to improve speed, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Continuously strive for improvement.

- Ability to write and compose reports, and correspondence, proofread and confirm accuracy of materials.

- College undergraduate degree.
- 3 years experience in marketing management or the equivalent work experience.
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook programs.Access skills highly desirable.
