Marketing Operations Manager - Limited Brands - Columbus, OH

The Marketing Operations Manager oversees the marketing campaign execution for all channels and multiple brands of Limited Brands including Bath & Body Works, Limited Stores, Express, CO Bigelow, and Victoria?s Secret. This involves directing and managing staff, ensuring processes and procedures are followed, alignment across marketing functions, and providing detailed review of campaigns. Additional responsibilities include:

Oversee quality assurance on all work internal and service provider to maintain a high level of accuracy.


Maintain partnerships with brand marketing teams to ensure creative and production activities are aligned and set to meet campaign objectives.


Identify opportunities in the business process and assist in training others on the business process.


Ensure campaign execution optimizes tool capability.



- Bachelor?s Degree required

- Six to eight years experience, preferably in a fast paced environment

- Four years management experience

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Ability to translate strategic into tactical and executable plan

- Excellent organizational skills

- Superior negotiating and communication skills both written and verbal
