We are currently seeking a qualified Marketing Program Manager (MPM) in our Business Intelligence (BI) department.  This individual will work closely with product managers, BI team members, sales and marketing executives, our internal agency and selected outside partners/vendors. The Marketing Program Manager will ensure that database/direct marketing program objectives are in line with the strategic growth direction of the company and that programs deliver measurable impact on the profitability of the bank.  Specifically, the MPM will ensure the smooth execution of strategic database/direct marketing programs in the areas of profitable customer acquisition, cross-selling and retention and will be responsible for rigorous results measurement and ROI analysis. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess a Master?s Degree in Business, Marketing or Direct Marketing, Finance or a related field and have a strong educational background. We are seeking an individual with preferably five to seven years (minimum of three years) experience in database/direct marketing program management at a financial institution or at a direct response advertising agency serving financial services clients. Excellent project management and communication skills as well as the ability to work with a number of internal and external people on a number of concurrent deadline-driven projects are must-haves for success in this role.
