Marketing Program Specialist

Scantron Corporation has an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Program Specialist.  This exciting position will work closely with marketing and sales management to develop and implement programs in support of sales objectives and company growth.  He/She will provide tracking of all marketing programs for purposes of ROI calculation and defining improvements for future programs.  The Program specialist will develop and implement marketing programs that support customer acquisition, penetration and retention, including lead generation programs, sales literature, presentations, target campaigns, database marketing campaigns, and trade shows.

Primary Responsibilities Include:Develop concepts and coordinate implementation of programs including seminars, webinars, direct marketing campaigns and communications to support sales Produce consistent marketing communications vehicles including collateral, bylined articles, news releases, web content, data sheets, brochures, case studies, newsletters and advertisementsDevelop concepts and assist in preparing materials for internal and external communications programs and promotionsInteract with vendors to produce promotional materials in support of sales and marketing effortsEvaluate campaigns to monitor effectiveness, provide reports, analysis and regular status reports on program ROIWork with Marketing Program and Events Manager to identify worthwhile opportunities tailored to trade show markets


Qualified Candidates will possess the following:Four (4) year college degree in marketing or communications Three or more years experience in coordinating marketing programs preferably in high tech and/or education Strong writing, including familiarity with AP style, and creative concept development skills
