Position Description:
The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing marketing programs and coordinating the delivery of leads to Good?s sales force and carrier partners.  The Marketing Programs Manager will work closely with Good?s product teams, carrier partners, hardware partners, and creative agency to plan and execute marketing programs including online campaigns, webinars, print campaigns and ads, etc.  The position will also analyze the effectiveness of programs to continuously improve Good?s marketing spending.

 

Primary Responsibilities:Maintain the master plan for marketing programs being run by Good directly and in conjunction with our hardware and carrier partners. Work with product management & marketing, carrier management, and partners to formulate effective marketing campaigns.Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns.Work with Good?s web and collateral manager and creative agency on creative aspects of marketing campaigns.Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize the allocation of marketing budget. Oversee the delivery of sales leads to Good sales teams and our partners.Coordinate events (e.g. industry trade shows).

 

Experience / Skills Required:Minimum of  5-10 years of experience planning and managing marketing programs and campaigns.Experience in software/high-tech product marketing, ideally for companies selling high volume business products is a plus. Experience jointly planning marketing programs with partners.  Experience planning marketing programs with computer hardware partners (like Dell, Samsung, Palm, Motorola, etc.) or with carriers (e.g. Verizon, Sprint, Cingular) is a plus. Experience formulating and executing marketing programs across online, webinar, print, and trade shows.Experience analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs is desired.Leadership and solid project management skills are required.Creativity is required.Team player ? this position is highly cross functional and requires significant team work to be successful.Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels. BS/BA required.
