Marketing Projects and Administration Coordinator

As the Marketing Projects and Administration Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Assists in the development, support and implementation of the strategic and tactical elements of Marketing & Business Development?s plans.
Supports the implementation of sales support materials, sales promotional campaigns, press releases, and direct marketing efforts at local and national levels, as well as regional and national trade shows activity and materials needed for them.
Traffics jobs between managers and art department and ensures their adherence to schedules
Works closely with VP of department on month end reports, yearly budget forecasts and departmental invoicing.
Handles coordination of direct mail projects with Product Managers, Marketing Manager and fulfillment house.

 

Qualified candidates will have:
2-4 years experience in marketing atmosphere, preferably agency experience.  Marketing or business administration degree a plus.
Outstanding customer service experience
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Word mandatory. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Filemaker Pro a plus.
High School Diploma
Ability to lift and work with large graphics for tradeshow preparation may be required
Successful time management skills
