Marketing/Proposal Specialist II

Paragon Global Resources, a global relocation and mobility management consulting company has an opportunity to join our Marketing Team in Rancho Santa Margarita, California!!  Paragon is seeking a high-energy Marketing/Proposal Specialist II to prepare business proposals, statements of qualification and presentations for relocation and related services for global Fortune 500 clients.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Turnkey proposal production from project management to production and shipping.

 Work closely with sales and senior management to respond to RFPs, develop responses that convey a custom proposal strategy, write, format and edit all sections of the proposal to ensure readability, and consistency of messaging and tone.

 Create exhibits and organizational charts, prepare insert materials, and ensure document layout standards and graphic standards are maintained throughout

 Provide updates to the RFP database.

 Maintain a standard sales proposal and an inventory of answers to other questions that are commonly asked in non-standard sales proposals. Ensure that all responses stay current as the business continues to grow and evolve.

 Supervise day-to-day tasks of proposal team

 Maintain and track project schedules

 Develop sales presentations

 Assist with other marketing projects, as needed, including writing and design of collateral, direct mail, etc.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 College degree in marketing, journalism, communications or English.

 Minimum 2 years proposal management experience

 Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring quick turnaround

 Integrity, optimism, confidence and extra-mile mentality

 Advanced skills with MS Word, Power Point and Excel

 Experience with Sant proposal automation software desired.

 Graphics experience (In Design, Photo Shop, Dream Weaver) a plus.

 Strong planning and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

 Strong interpersonal and communications skills to develop/maintain working relationships with employees in multiple departments at various levels within the company.

 Ability to quickly and effectively respond to changing demands and complete projects on time.
