Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator

StructureTec, Inc., a leader in the Engineering/Construction Consulting industry, is currently seeking a full time Marketing/Pulic Relations Coordinator.  StructureTec is based in Kalamazoo, MI with locations in Detroit and Chicago.

 

Position Description:  This position supports the Marketing Department with all publications, promotional items, logos, and marketing campaigns for the company.  Creating, updating and maintaining the propectus library, project profiles, and departmental manuals.Public Relations support consists of any external publications, advertising, and professional association communications/events.  The incumbent will serve as a back up to the Marketing Department in the completion and tracking of proposals, as well as New Project Data Sheets. Duties also include the coordination of seminars, symposiums, and corporate sponsored events such as an annual Corporate Dinner and Golf Outing.

 

Requirements: The candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in the Marketing industry, with industry experience in Construction/Restoration/Architectural arena preferred.  Publications experience strongly desired, with technical expertise in Adobe Pagemaker, Photoshop, and Acrobat.  Other software skills required are Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, including a strong sense of professionalism.  Organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as flexibility are essential.
