Marketing Rep

INFINITY INSURANCE COMPANY is a leader in the auto insurance industry with over 740,000 policies in force. Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a MARKETING / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP for the San Antonio area.

This position encourages existing agents to write additional policies and prospects for new agents to sell our insurance.Responsibilities also include orientating and training new and existing agents in Company programs and rating software platform. Also assists in developing an orientation plan to ensure the success of new appointments.

Requires a four-year (4) year degree a minimum of one year marketing/sales experience or two (2) or more years of outside sales/marketing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs. BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS A PLUS. Must display uncompromising daily commitment to core values of honesty, loyalty, integrity and professionalism. Daily travel required in territory with occasional overnight travel estimated at 10% to 30%.
