Securities Finance Marketing Rep 2

Provides support to the sales and client services team on RFPs and revenue estimates for both prospective and current clients.

Primary Responsibilities

? Documents high-quality RFP response for potential clients.
? Generates revenue estimates and ensure accuracy of data prior to submission to management to minimize loss of business opportunity.
? Develops, maintains and updates centralized sales and client services database.
? Develops working relationships with other marketing support areas to obtain and exchange information as needed for securities lending projects.
? Interfaces with other securities lending departments to obtain information needed for proposals and ensure timely receipt to meet established deadlines.
? Provides project support as requested by management.
? Interfaces with international locations as needed to gather and exchange information for projects.
? Recommends improvements to RFP and estimate process and presents recommendations to management for consideration.


Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree.
? 2-4 years prior work experience including prior marketing support experience.
. Must have prior Financial Services Experience
. PC Proficient
? PC proficient.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Relationship management skills.
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
? Attention to detail.
? Ability to work effectively with other departments.
? Ability to prioritize.
? Deadline oriented.
