Marketing Reporting Analyst

The Marketing Reporting Analyst is a full-time position responsible for supporting the marketing group with reporting and analysis including daily and weekly sales reports, product and promotion performance reporting.  Maintenance and troubleshooting of existing reports as well as development of new reports using Business Objects and one or more data repositories.  Also responsible for ad-hoc analysis as needed and participating in longer range analytical projects.  This is an exciting position that requires an energetic, responsible and detail oriented individual.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains, improves, and continually validates existing reports, working with marketing stakeholders to troubleshoot report and data problems Develops new reports, using a solid methodology to gather needs requirements from stakeholders, identify report elements, validate results, and obtain sign-off of finished reports Works with IS&T to address any data errors, new fields required, universe updates Becomes a Vantage marketing data expert, understanding the complete path of marketing related data from legacy systems to report output Works with Director of Database and IS&T to foot data between legacy systems, internal databases, and vendor databases Acts as liaison to other departments for reporting requirements

SKILLS:BS in Math/Statistics or Business; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing experience/knowledgeExceptional written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel Strong problem analysis and resolution Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a team-based environment and to develop highly successful cross-functional working relationshipsHands-on, flexible, highly-organized, detail focused

Experience with Business Objects, Brio, Cognos, or similar reporting package preferred
