Marketing Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Direct Marketing statistical data analyst.

Our data/analytics team collects and analyzes data from a variety of sources to develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior.  We are located in Charlotte, NC and are currently searching for a Senior Database Analyst.

 

Position Description

This salaried position is client service-oriented with a strong combination of analytic and programming capabilities.

 

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

-  Database Marketing Program Measurement, Tracking and Reporting

-  Data Manipulation

-  Presentations of Marketing-Related Learnings to External Clients and Client Groups

-  SAS / SQL Programming

-  Predictive Modeling

-  Database Development

-  List Processing

 

Necessary Skills

-  Self-starter with a desire to strengthen client relationships through proactive problem solving

-  Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills

-  Demonstrated strong quantitative skills

-  SAS (Base and Stat)

-  SQL Server & T-SQL

-  Ability to gather requirements and work with deadlines in a team-oriented environment

-  Bachelor?s  degree

-  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and PowerPoint

-  5-10 Years relevant experience

 

Desired Skills

-  Advanced Degree in marketing, statistics or some quantitative field

-  Knowledge of statistical methods with an emphasis on experimental design

-  Experience in marketing, consulting, retail, or financial services

-  Other software development experience including .net web development
