Marketing Services Admin

Starkey a recognized world leader in providing the highest quality hearing technology available, has an exciting opportunity for Marketing Services Administrative Support.

Working within the Marketing group, this position is primarily responsible for providing customer and administrative support for the Workshop Consultation and Direct Mail programs. This will include conversations with accounts regarding mail campaigns, address list generation, mail piece layout and customization. In addition, this position will provide departmental support for the Marketing Director and Workshop Consultations Manager. Other duties will include various department functions, such as telephone coverage and assistance to Marketing Customer Support and Traffic Coordinators.

Description of Essential Duties:

Provide support for Workshop Consultations and Direct Mail Program (Job entry, address list procurement, customization of mail piece, program reporting, credit adjustments and consultant pay requests)
Perform miscellaneous JAWS input and tasks
Accurately manage the Workshop program accounting
Create desktop publishing projects.
Act as administrative support for Director of Marketing
Act as Back-up support for Marketing Customer Support personnel
Answer department telephone when needed
Maintain departmental documentation and various files
Other duties at the discretion of Advertising Promotions Manager
React to change productively.
Check and verify quality.
Support corporate health and safety objectives.

Performance of Duties

Knowledge, skills and abilities required for performance of essential duties:

1. Education: General Business courses, typing, grammar, computer knowledge
2. Experience: 2-5 years general office experience
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe programs
4. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and accounting
5. Good organizational skills
6. Attention to detail required
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Ability to read and follow instructions
10. Ability to work well with people
11. Excellent telephone manners and personality
