Marketing Telco CRM Sr. Consultants

We are looking for Consultants that are Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all or some aspects of Integrated Customer Management. You will present, sell and organize Amdocs? Consulting solutions for Integrated Customer Management in both the areas of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Channel Management. You will sell not only externally to prospective client executives, industry functions but also through the existing Amdocs account teams. You will on occasion need to act as a project advisor, assisting in business requirements gathering, design, analysis and implementation of business processes and solutions; participate in client meetings; support proposal development initiatives; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and managing and advising team members on best practice.

Though this is primarily a US-based role, there may be a need for global support and working with your international colleagues and counterparts. You will need to work with senior executives in Marketing, Customer Care, Channels and Strategy.
