As the Marketing Traffic Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work with internal teams to develop and monitor all aspects of production schedules.  You will collaborate with team members and clients to establish job deadlines, manage schedules, track progress, and set priorities.  You will also work closely with the department Director on production plans and schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimal quality of product.  Finally, you will monitor and track project and department expenses to ensure adherence to overall department budget goals.

 

Requirements:

 Two to four years project management experience.Experience working with complex databases and network systems such as Clients and Profits, Access or MS Project and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Solid knowledge of computer programs, photography, separation and printing processes as well as an understanding of general packaging specifications as it relates to production.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience.Experience with a corporate in-house design department or in a health care setting is a strong plus.
