Job Purpose:

The role of the Sales Representative is to expand the sales of our products.  This will be done by building business by identifying and selling prospects: maintaining relationships with clients.

Job Duties:

? While in the field, you will be creating business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their corporate wellness program, researching and analyzing sales options. 

? Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions including wellness and life benefits.

? Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

? Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

? Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

? Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

? The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget.  They will also need to be a positive team player and leader.

Job Qualifications:

? Minimum of 1 year, business to business sales experience.

? Experience in product sales to a highly educated/high profile customer base.

? Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.

? Documented sales performance placing you in the top 15% amongst peers.

? A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan.
