Position Overview:

ICG Commerce?s marketing efforts focus on helping companies recognize the value of procurement outsourcing services while driving recognition of ICG Commerce?s differentiated capabilities through a variety of educational and promotional communication programs. As a market leader, we understand the importance of effective communication with our customers and our employees.  We are seeking a proactive, high-energy and results oriented marketing professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently manage a wide variety of projects and tasks. 


This team member will be responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of marketing communications and customer development activities including internal communication plan development and execution, formation of a customer advisory board and formal customer networking program, sales support and award submissions.  You will report to the vice president of marketing and interact with members of senior leadership to promote ICG Commerce as a leader in its field.

 Minimum Requirements

? 3+ years of marketing and communications experience ? candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered

? 1+ year of business-to-business marketing experience

? Bachelors Degree with concentration in Marketing or Communication related disciplines

 

Competencies Include:

? Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop high-quality internal communications and marketing materials

? Event management experience for executive-level marketing events

? Strong organizational and program management skills ? multi-tasking a must!

? Experience and understanding of business-to-business marketing programs

? Ability to interface with all levels of management

? Comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced work environment

? Knowledge of supply chain/procurement services industry preferred
