Primary Responsiblilites

Direct the marketing efforts for the company, both internally and externally.  Implement strategies to raise company profile locally by creating and managing an anchor (brand) that attracts higher quantity and quality candidates.  Create strategies to increase internal communications and "esprit de corps."

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Masters preferredAbility to succeed in a competitive environment with boundless enery, creativity, enthusiasm and self-starter mentalitySolid organizational, people-person communication and computer skillsExcellent work ethicMarketing experience in financial area
