Norcross was the first company to manufacture a process viscometer in the United States. For more than 60 years Norcross has been providing viscosity measurement and control expertise, from the simplest of measuring cups to single loop controllers and computer controlled systems that provide complete process control.

 

Norcross is a diverse, up beat manufacturing company located in Newton is looking for a Marketing & Customer Service Assistant with positive personality, creativity and technical interest.

 

The full time position includes the following Responsibilities and Duties:

 

v  Create new and update existing manuals for our Viscosity Control Systems.

v  Create new and update existing literature for our equipment.

v  Develop and create marketing pieces for trade shows and other occasions.

v  Responsible to assist with fielding customer service calls and other customer related duties.

 

Note: You will work very closely with our engineers to learn how our equipment works, so that you have full product knowledge.

 

Requirements:

 Ideally you have 1 to 2 years work experience in a Technical / Marketing environment.Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience as a Marketing Assistant. Must have the ability to work with Quark, Corel, PhotoShop and DreamWeaver.Ability to plan, organize, follow-up and multi-task on a daily basis.Must be willing and interested in learning about our equipment and the technical correlations, detail oriented and a great team player.
