Primary responsibility of this position will be to complete billing processes for some high volume clients.

 

Donovan Data Systems (DDS) experience necessary

 

The Media Biller will be expected to:

 

* Continue to learn the billing system as knowledge of billing procedures increases.

*Input invoices and process discrepancies in a timely manner.

*Run reports during cycle to monitor status of work.

*Monitor work flow and be aware of current status on all client billing.

*Organize and prioritize according to guidelines.

*Be aware of client requests and requirements and meet all client deadlines.

 

The following set of skills are necessary:

****Donovan Data Systems (DDS)****

*1-2 years experience in billing or accounting

*Strong data entry skills with 10 keys

*Attention to detail is essential for compiling billing packages.

*Ability to follow directions and work within established guidelines.

*Excellent communication skills

*Ability to multi-task

 High school diploma or equivalent required.  DDS experience REQUIRED.
