Media Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ·Assist Hub AEs by performing individual media research for both on line and offline media

?Produce media plans that can be presented by Account Executives to clients in a consistent and client presentable format

?Meet with media representatives and Internet marketing companies and coordinate media meetings with Account Service

?Inform & advise Account Service staff on emerging opportunities (i.e. new publications, media specials, pricing trends, web sites, etc.)

?Develop client/project case histories

?Take lead in keeping Media Expert up-to-date

?Evaluate online media

?Working with other Media Coordinators in Hubs to benchmark best practices

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

?Identify opportunities for Media Research Group

?Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

?Bachelor?s degree from accredited four-year college or university

?1-2 years experience in online/traditional media research within an advertising or media agency environment OR 2-4 years experience in recruitment advertising.

?Strong online and/or traditional media research skills

?Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills

?Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills

?Ability to juggle many projects/initiatives on deadline

?Excellent project management skills

?High level of commitment and follow-through

?Ability to effectively control workload and accurately complete several client projects at the same time

?Strong Microsoft office skills especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
