The Media Intelligence Research Analyst serves as a primary researcher within the Media Intelligence practice. The Research Analyst provides media content research and analysis, including report development and writing for a wide variety of Weber Shandwick and IPG accounts.  They manage report development from start to finish including interaction with internal account teams and client contacts. 

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in journalism or related field, with 2-5 years of related experience in research.  The Research Analyst must demonstrate strong online research, analytical, writing and editing skills, as well as possess an understanding of public relations measurement practices.  Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Internet, on-line services, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis.  Successful candidates will understand media relations, have knowledge of the technology field, an ability to understand complex material, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
