Medical Marketing Specialist

Avent, the leading provider in infant feeding products, is seeking a Medical Marketing Specialist (MMS). This unique position will report to our International Medical Marketing Mgr. in the UK, and  requires a background in both healthcare/medical and marketing.  The MMS will be responsible for aggressively increasing revenue of our medial category products.  Will analyze all medical markets in the US for competitive trends and product opportunities, and provide recommendations based on these analyses.  Other core projects include: Tactical planning with our territory sales reps in their individual areas, training and education on product use, and any medical prospects/updates; attending medical conferences; and development of an International

Medical Advisory board.

We need someone who can have a high-level of interaction with key medical audiences, has experience in launching consumer products, building relationships, and someone with drive and motivation.

 

Your marketing experience planning and enthusiasm will be an asset to our team.

 

 Requirements:

5+ years marketing experience

BA degree

Medical/Pharmaceutical background a plus

Superior organizational skills and time management skills

Proficiency with MS Office, and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel -both domestic and international

Possible relocation in the future
