Job Description:

' Implement marketing plans for the US market

' Responsible for issuing all official documentation for marketing programs including:
' Calendars
' Budgets
' Gross Margins
' Net Unit Analysis
' Xmas Analyses
' Promotional rationales/ analyses

' Marketing Liason with the following departments
' Sales
' Feasability
' Finance
' Telesales

' Responsible for attending the following meetings:
' Promotional Purchasing
' Promotional Development
' Operations meeting in New Jersey
' Traffic Meeting

' Responsible for promotional planning for the Polo factory outlet sotres

' Responsible for co-developing with our magazine partners effective merchandising programs geared at providing added value for our brands

' Responsible for approving all co-op advertising

' Responsible for issuing all official marketing paperwork including:
' CSR's
' Marketing Decisions/ Revisions after verification against budget or gross margin is confirmed
' Letter of authorization

' Recommend ways to save money

' Responsible for market sourcing for promotional plan ideas

' Responsible for making occasional Marketing presentations to retailer partners

' Responsible for special event planning, development and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
' MBA preferred
' 3-5 years experience in a cosmetics or consumer packaged goods marketing capacity, ideally with fragrance experience.
' Strong analytical and quantitative skills, conceptual approach to problem solving, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various groups. Strong presentation skills are important. Creative skills are a strong asset.
' Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
