General Description:
Coordinates and provides the full range of client services for our Microsoft account by acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and the client
?
Essential Functions:
???????? Analyzes client needs, develops recommendations, conducts marketing and project meetings, and gathers and coordinates resources to provide full-service support for clients with complex needs
???????? Directs, coordinates, and/or participates in the delivery of services to clients
???????? Participates in the planning and delivery of sales and marketing efforts to maintain and increase the client base, along with the Microsoft business development representative
???????? Maintains and strengthens existing Microsoft relationships
???????? Ensures satisfactory project outcomes by communicating with project managers and other internal and external staff and suppliers
???????? May define and assign responsibilities to appropriate staff, as well as coach and motivate staff members on Microsoft standards
???????? Maintains strong relationships with customers, industry leaders, and potential customers in order to develop new customer relationships and increase services provided to existing customers
???????? Performs administrative duties related to project work as needed

Knowledge Requirements (Education/Experience):
This position typically requires a four-year degree with a marketing, sales, or business orientation as well as 8 or more years of related experience with marketing or project management or equivalent. Direct experience working with or on the Microsoft campus is required.

Job Skills:
???????? Knowledge of advertising and marketing techniques, as well as internal capabilities, and the application of that knowledge
???????? Understanding of the Microsoft standards and the ability to train project managers internally
???????? Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with experience in writing business correspondence, especially development of proposals and responses to RFPs
???????? Ability to assign and delegate tasks to team members
???????? May assist staff in marketing and resource coordination efforts by accompanying them at client meetings and assisting with the evaluation of needs, development of recommendations, and coordination of services
???????? Strong ability to influence and expedite decision processing by clients and management
???????? Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, providers, team members, management, and other contacts
???????? Ability to gather and use all appropriate materials and staff to complete a project
???????? Strong knowledge of the specific industry trends and issues
???????? Ability to apply a consultative sales approach to the existing client base
???????? Ability to proactively plan, target, and acquire business through existing relationships throughout the client organization

Job Scope:
???????? At this level, candidates have recognized technical abilities applicable to the specific project to be managed, and they also have a strong background in project management.
???????? Projects undertaken at this level are large-scale or of significant importance to the organization, have large budgets, and require the coordination of diverse services, technical skills, supplies, and equipment.
???????? Project scope and resource limitations are clearly defined, but at this level, the incumbent exercises increased latitude for decisions within project phases and tasks.
???????? Supervisors receive updates on progress and results periodically and review the project on completion for adherence to budget and objectives.
