Event Marketing Manager : Responsible for managing and executing company's participation at events, trade shows, seminars, conferences and other marketing activities worldwide.

Responsibilities will include: managing trade shows, seminars and events which support worldwide marketing communications strategies, work with Marcom, product marketing, media relations and sales teams to identify show/event objectives and produce an integrated plan in support of those objectives. In addition, this individual will ensure that themes, promotions, and signs are consistent with current marketing strategies. Plan, coordinate and supervise all event, seminar or trade show logistics such as venue selection, booth property & demo equipment transportation, property inventory, installation & dismantle of the booth, order & manage invoice process for show services. Travel to and manage exhibit, staff and surrounding promotions. Additional responsibilities include working with strategic suppliers and negotiate for best value.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented with 3-5 years of high-tech trade show and event experience where required skills are demonstrated. Familiar with all aspects of trade shows and how to execute a successful program. Sharp organizational skills and ability to coordinate a multitude of projects. Requires great negotiation skills and management of internal and outside suppliers. Must be innovative, flexible, independent, self-motivated and a take charge person with good interpersonal skills. Must be able to think strategically and manage tactical implementation. Must have great communication skills, able to work constructively under stress and pressure, work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and be able to organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of projects.
