Fully experienced professional working on problems of complex scope.

The Marketing Communications Specialist II is responsible for managing the strategic development and implementation of direct marketing communications materials, with emphasis on Sprint Business Solutions initiatives. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, planning, execution and measurement of results. This person should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work under the stress of deadlines, and manage multiple projects/tasks. Moreover, this person should show outstanding organization, planning, creative thinking, and follow through skills.

Candidates should have:
5-8 years of business experience in Marketing related field with increasing responsibility
2+ years of direct marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or journalism or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proven project/program management skills
Budget management experience
Agency/vendor management experience
Matrix management skills
