Mulitcultural Marketing Coordinator

Multicultural Field Promotion Manager position available, need qualified marketing candidate that is bilingual Spanish ( reading and writing ) to target Latin Markets.

Function as coordinator of multiple internal and external marketing and promotional programs.  Primary role is to assist senior marketing personnel and field promotion managers in tracking and organizing the numerous elements and communications of multiple programs.  The coordinator may be called upon to interface with clients, retailers and company personnel with certain programs.  Results will be obtained through effective communication and superior follow up with company personnel, client, retailers and all third party partners.

 Job Responsibilities

? Assist company and client marketing personnel with management of programs and the multiple elements

? Perform administrative functions for regional marketing personnel

? Develop program presentations utilizing syndicated data and creative formats

? Tracking of individual element and overall project status, communicating to appropriate parties

? Support company divisions with presentation materials and coordination of administrative tasks for turn-key programs

? Collaborate with company?s sales force and/or marketing team during program development and execution

? Follow up with creative factory on material status

? Track program budgets and project commitments

 

 Required Qualifications

 

? Bachelors degree, marketing emphasis a plus

? Industry, consumer products, media or agency experience a plus

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Must possess excellent skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint

? Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

? Self starter with above average planning and organizational skills

? Creative team player with good people skills
