We are currently seeking a multi-talented Marketing Assistant who has experience in word processing, database management, writing and graphic design to support administrative needs of the marketing department.  All candidates who are selected for an interview will be asked to provide writing samples and a graphics portfolio. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Assist management team with preparing marketing proposalsGather & develop information to be included in marketing proposalsProduce presentationsGenerate reports for management reviewUpdate company intranetAssist current team with other administrative duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

 3 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in the A/E/C industryStrong work ethicExtremely detail-oriented and organizedSelf-starterAdept at working under extremely tight deadlinesExcellent technical writing skills including accurate spelling, grammar and proofreading skillsEffective interpersonal skills Team playerThorough knowledge of MS Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Dreamweaver is a plus
