National Consumer Promotions Manager

 The primary role is to provide world-class execution and client leadership. You have mastered the core disciplines of project execution as well as gained client confidence and respect.  You will maintain primary roles and responsibilities of an Account Executive further developing client leadership and strategic thinking. Your most significant work to date is within an agency environment.



 

Key Accountabilities:

 

?  Plans and manages client workflow from project initiation to project completion and billing.

?  Facilitates internal communication and ensures all cross-functional team members understand project parameters and scope of work.

?  Keeps team members informed of project developments and issues via regular status meetings and published status reports.

?  Proactively identifies and formulates solutions to potential project challenges.

? Provides strategic approach to assignments given by the client in support of the Account Supervisor (vs. simple execution).

? Supervises/manages all production billing/estimates/execution on behalf of the client.

? Demonstrates "Can do" attitude and does whatever it takes to get the job done.



 

Experience:

Work experience: 3-6 years with agency experience

Education:  BA or BS

 

Skills:  Written/oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong on teamwork, highly flexible- does what it takes to get the job done, very strong work ethic, understands fiscal responsibility, strong supervisory skills, experience with CPG, excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
