New Media/Business Development Manager

InMotion Entertainment is the largest airport retailer for music, movies and portable electronics in the country. We have revolutionized the way people experience travel. Our service allows travelers to buy or rent a DVD player, movie(s) and music while ?on the move.?


The responsibility of the Manager, New Media is to develop and execute key initiatives surrounding business development and additional revenue sources in constant support of company values and business objectives.  This position will provide leadership and expertise bringing new opportunities to InMotion through their previous experience and existing knowledge.  The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. 

 

Key Accountabilities:Increase revenue by incorporating professional contacts into InMotion Entertainment?s current contact list. Optimize the potential of strategic relationships to enhance revenue and sales potential.Research and develop leads of advertising agencies and clients Investigate potential new sources using cold calling techniques.Create presentations and materials needed. Foster company branding through strategic marketing plans.Accountable for developing customer interactivity through new technologyInitiate opportunities for existing and new affiliate marketing companies.Monitor execution and analyze the effectiveness of each program.Provide support to VP of other tasks and responsibilities assigned.

 

Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree3+ years experience in the Marketing field.  New Media and Sales background necessary. Entertainment background preferred.Ability to make solid business decisions and implement necessary changes.Excellent communication skills - ability to identify and communicate site-specific ideas and programs.Strategic thinker who can build and grow business with leading brand and direct marketers.Strong interpersonal skills; good follow-up skills.Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Must be willing to travel up to 15%.
