Office Manager

JOB DUTIES:
-Daily management of 3 greeters and dayporter/caterer. Co-hire these positions with other Office Manager
-Handle or coordinate handling of needs of Beatrice occupants.
-Approve all office-related bills except for Xerox and Bon Appetit, periodically checking to see that prices are in line.
-Manage parking for all properties
-Coordinate Shuttle and truck maintenance.
-Work with dayporter/caterer in food set up.
-Approve office supply orders daily for all employees
-Monitor power usage of both buildings, making recommendations on reductions when appropriate.
-Assist DOS and other Office Manager with planning and executing moves and as needed
-Communicate special requests to cleaning crew, security for both properties
-Fill in at Receptionist or Greeter positions during unexpected absences (both buildings)
-Assist DOS and Office Manger in dealing with mailroom, copy center, caf? and parking lot situations
-Coordinate annual AQMD submittal. Schedule twice-yearly Red Cross blood drives. Report abandoned vehicles in neighborhood
