Office Manager with Excellent Communication Skills

Profiles has an immediate need for a dynamic and personable Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for one of our agency clients located in downtown Richmond. Ideal candidate will have impeccable phone skills, a great attention to detail and will function as the first point of contact for many high profile clients. This is an extremely creative team/office environment, so you should be open-minded and not afraid to "take the ball and run with it."

Responsibilities include:
answering phones
greeting clients and accommodating them as necessary
heavy appointment scheduling/coordination
travel reservation planning/coordination
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong organizational skills
office & building management experience
Internal staff support
You do not have to have agency experience. We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including:

Receptionist/Office Manager/Administrative Assistant from any professional service industry.
Recent college graduate who has held internships throughout school.
Retail sales professionals.
Education:

Four year degree is desired but not necessary. As long as we see a track record of success, we will consider your credentials.

Salary is $25K - $32K, commensurate with experience.
