Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
This Spirits Ambassador will manage training & educations for the client's Portfolio on an assigned amount of events: Trade / Consumer / Account and Distributor. The objective is to stimulate person-to-person verbal brand communications to build the brand through authentic training & education. This position builds long-term mutually beneficial relationships with assigned customers that are leveraged to build distribution, brand usage and category dominance. This position will support the client's field sales team and special brand training projects. This individual must proudly represent the brand in the media communication in regards to public relations opportunities. They will also identify and support select sponsorship opportunities where appropriate. The goal for each Rep is to establish the brand as a "First Choice" supplier through training & education to achieve the spirits visibility.
KEY ROLES
Reports to the assigned modeling agency (TBD) but must work closely with an assigned Multi-cultural Manager contact to integrate account efforts with the FBLLC / local distributor/broker network.
Sustain professional business relationships and understanding of assigned program business goals and strategies through training & education
Establish credibility quickly with a broad audience as an obvious spirits expert and not a supplier representative.
Secure targeted distribution objectives on the brand as identified in KRA (Key Responsibility Areas).
Conduct comprehensive product trainings to educate the trade, distributors, consumer on the benefits of the brand.
Ability to speak passionately about and represent the client & brand during public relations opportunities or media releases.
Effectively report the progress of the program and complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
Responsible to track and measure assigned budgets, monthly success stories and competitive activity reports.

Can translate brand attributes into clear concise presentation to consumers while creating excitement on the brand
Passionate about the beverage alcohol industry and building premium brands.
Add value to our customers through an ability to think and act creatively using their bar experience to develop tailored solutions for their challenges.
Computer skills: Ability to use Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Travel in assigned territory between 25-50% depending on market
Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
Understanding of the alcohol industry
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
On-premise sales, marketing or promotion experience
Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
Clean driving record and good credit history
Track record managing and tracking budgets
Demonstrated computer, communication and presentation skills
Transportation to and from locations
Ability to travel to Mexico
