Online Ad Operations Coordinator

Jobs Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate the implementation of all client advertising campaigns, working closely with Ad Operations Manager; Marketing; Editorial Producers; Sales Staff, Billing Dept; and Clients as needed.
Manage signed insertion orders for all post sale media placement.
Traffic and QA all creative submissions.
Track ad placement and proof of campaign completion.
Track and analyze performance of campaigns and generate campaign performance reports for Clients, and Sales Staff as needed.
Develop and maintain accurate advertising campaign records.
Work with Clients and Ad Operations Manager to optimize campaign performance as needed.
Provide excellent and prompt customer service as needed to resolve any campaign or billing issues.
Process monthly billing invoices and respond to billing inquiries.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years experience in internet advertising, trafficking and sales support preferred.
Proficiency in HTML; knowledge of JavaScript and Web server technology preferred; a solid knowledge of Web browsers.
This position requires a very high-level of accuracy, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be able to establish priorities, meet deadlines and work proactively with minimal supervision.

Experience with DART DoubleClick/DFP ad server preferred; or other online ad servers.
