The Homes.com Marketing Team is searching for an analytical, driven team player to analyze online marketing efforts and website user behavior using analytics tools and research with the goal of providing succinct recommendations that improve website performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING
???????? Analyzing paid search performance and optimizing programs to drive additional traffic volume while increasing overall efficiency
???????? Developing guidelines, best practices, response forecasts and recommendations related to SEM
?
WEBSITE TRAFFIC ANALYSIS
???????? Monitoring Homes.com site traffic using web analytics tools and compiling weekly and monthly traffic trend reports?
???????? Evaluating marketing efforts and making recommendations for programs to increase traffic efficiency?
???????? Providing strong communication of measurement insights to internal stakeholders?
RESEARCH:
???????? Conducting competitive, industry, and market research
???????? Analyzing and providing reports on quantitative and qualitative data
???????? Monitoring the market for new marketing and advertising strategies/programs from competitors
???????? Providing strong communication of research insights to internal stakeholders
???????? Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related fieldVery strong Excel and quantitative analysis skillsExperience with any of the following online measurement systems: WebSideStory (Hitbox), WebTrends, Surfaid, Google Analytics, or Overture Hands on experience with search engine marketing, pay for click, paid inclusion on a variety of search networks, including Google, Yahoo, MSN and AOL Knowledge of online marketing and campaign managementUnderstanding of database design and analysis concepts, a plusExcellent time management skills and the ability to multitask Ability to collaborate as a team as well as to work independentlyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Word and Powerpoint required
