The Marketing Programs Manager leads the Campaign Management group. The group?s purpose is to implement and optimize all new B2B lead generation campaigns, which includes developing and optimizing creative elements and analyzing results.  Responsibilities will include managing execution of quarterly lead generation campaign calendar for corporate product line; reviewing and approving all B2B creative materials used for online and offline lead generation campaigns.  Will also oversee all trafficking efforts for the online campaigns (email, newsletter, banner); manage campaign specific email and landing page testing; monitor and optimize CPL campaigns with multiple partners; ensure utilization of email best practices and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, spam regulation (CAN-SPAM) and deliverability; present results of creative testing strategies on a weekly basis and act as main point of contact for the Campaign Management group ? This position will work closely with acquisition and product marketing teams on building effective campaigns Work closely with counterparts in the eCommerce division and share  best practices.

 

We are seeking candidates with the following:

 

o BA/BS degree required

o 4+ years experience in online campaign management, media planning and analysis required

o Explicit knowledge and understanding of online direct response marketing required

o Experience designing and directing online creative required

o Prior experience in cross-departmental project coordination (marketing, creative team, production, IT, customer service, etc.) required

o Excellent people management and team building skills required

o Understanding of email best practices and compliance a plus

o Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

o Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through

o Strong analytical and writing skills

o Strong computer and MS Office skills

o Creative thinker with high degree of initiative and self-motivation

o Needs to be comfortable with testing and using new technologies
