Online Marketing Coordinator

The role of Online Marketing Coordinator (OMC) will be responsible for managing all online marketing activities for the purpose of lead generation including but not limited to managing pay per click and contextual search campaigns in addition to developing and maintaining best practices with respect to our landing pages and website.  Significant inter-departmental (finance, operations and marketing) activities from inception through campaign launch will be required. This individual drives completion of the project on time and within budget constraints. The OMC will report to both the Managing Director of Marketing and Corporate Development and the Marketing Manager.

 





Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

 Working closely with ALL?s Marketing team to develop, test, execute and evaluate strategies and tactics designed to increase traffic flow, lead generation and new customer acquisition to company Web sites. Assist with paid search campaigns, including: Updating ad copy for new campaigns, seasonality, promotions Execution of test campaigns and new campaigns Recommending optimization techniques Copywriting and proofing assistance Researching new keyword opportunities, URL?S and/or referring ID tools Reviewing and maintain keyword bids Execution of test campaigns and new campaigns Coordinate e-mail campaign details, including: Maintaining customer interaction flowcharts Updating campaign reports and conducting analysis Modifying and enhancing e-mail textManage and load campaign target data Managing due dates and coordinating the flow of creative assets needed to support all marketing campaigns, including paid search, e-mail and broad reach media partnerships. .

Providing analytical support and reporting maintenance for marketing programs to ensure design-test-execute-evaluate marketing development cycle. 

 

Skills/Experience:

 Experience with paid search marketing (Google, Yahoo!, MSN and second-tier engines), search engine optimization and online media Analytical thinker with good math/statistical skills Bachelor degree with 2-3 years professional work experience preferably in online marketing or internet industry.Online project management experience.Ability to lead, influence, communicate, and interact with people at all levels across the company as well as external partners.Negotiation, analytical decision making, and problem solving skills Knowledge of FTP functionsCopywriting and proofing capabilities Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and excellent at multi-tasking Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel and Word (Access a plus) Must be HTML proficient or have significant exposure to web development and editing work (Dreamweaver, FrontPage, or other web development software) Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash knowledge a plusExcellent PC skills  - MS Office and Microsoft Project are required.
