Online Merchandising Associate

Warranty Corp. of America "WaCA" CRM Group is a leading provider of CRM Services to Consumer Electronics and Housewares manufacturers to support online commerce.

Position Description
Reporting to the General Manager of Web Stores, this position is responsible for helping to profitably expand online store revenues through effective promotions and programs to attract shoppers, convert these shoppers into customers and increase average order size.

Duties includeSKU (product) maintenance (tracking cost/ retail changes, loading online product image)Assortment Planning (what should we sell?)Retail and Promotional Pricing (for how much should we sell it?)Promotions (Web, Phone, emails, direct response) (what are our specials and who should get these?)Store analytics (is it working?)Working with the Telephone Sales Reps and Distribution Center to ensure clear communications and issues resolution

Skills/QualificationsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with all departments within the organization (sales, client service, IT, phone center and DC operations), as well as with our clientsEffective organization and communication skillsAttention to detail and good analysis skills (Excel)

Work environment
The pace is very dynamic, the clients can be demanding but the learning is great. Travel is not required but opportunities to visit clients (coast-to-coast) may develop. This position will be based in our office (about 60 people) in north Peoria, with easy highway access to 6/29/40/74/150/474. We are a friendly, fun group.
