We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to work in our Norwalk, CT Headquarters office in our Membership Operations Group.

 

Department: Membership Operations
Location: Norwalk

 

Responsibilities:
- Manage operational facets of client interfacing and internal systems processing.
- Document issues and act as liaison among Affinion Group departments to set priorities among open issues and to develop and implement solutions.
- Communication with partners regarding project operational statuses and requirements. Maintain project plans and facilitate cross-departmental coordination for assigned partners and projects.
- Provide on-going support role to business partners, as a technical liaison for various Affinion Group systems.
- Analysis and research for partner/member job requests involving database maintenance or special processing. Includes prioritizing programming requests with Software Development.
- Work closely with Internal Operational Support Groups to ensure coordination of operations aspects of new marketing as well as ongoing partner operational support.,
- Learn Affinion Group operational and systems processing environment. Responsibilities include data management/analysis, process flowcharting, technical support and defining requirements for IT tickets and projects.

 

Requirements:
- 3-5 years related operational/IT experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- BS, Business, Operations Mgmt or Information Systems preferred
- Occasional travel as needed
